Sr Business Development Manager

PURPOSE AND ROLE:

Salesperson's role is an active search of new customers and partners on US market. Proactively manage customer relationships, communicate to customer any software updates and changes in a way that maximizes company order book and profitability.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new leads
  • Create commercial offers and presentations for high-level executives at potential business client
  • Work with Technical Sales Representatives to create POCs and customized demos for potential clients
  • Support the VP of Sales in driving a sales forecast
  • Offer strong technical knowledge of competitors in application security technologies, development operations and continuous integration
  • Work closely with Customer Service.
  • Effectively interact with other departments and colleagues.
  • Participate in information security conferences and events.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Must have good working knowledge of software technical sales support
  • Must be proficient with the information security computer software
  • Must be able to work closely and build a good working relationship with sales and development teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years field experience in information security is preferred
  • Must have strong presentation skills
  • Must be able to travel a lot
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
  • Must be able to take calls 24/7

Sr Technical Sales

PURPOSE AND ROLE:

The Technical Sales Representative will be required to support field sales force, investigate potential customer needs, deliver onsite product trainings and make technical review of commercial offers.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have the ability to answer technical questions and trouble shoot issues that may arise from software pilot run
  • The candidate must have the ability to answer questions from potential customers, work closely with the development team.
  • Must be able to find the solution for each every potential client that suits perfectly, give an expert advice in SAP application security.
  • Must be able to participate in conference calls and onsite presentations.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelors or Technical Degree or 5 years equivalent work experience in sales and account management experience, preferably in product sales
  • Field experience in information security is preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to develop a sales plan and take action to achieve the plan
  • Must be able to learn ERPScan innovative software
  • Experience working with an ERP system. Previous experience with a SAP system would be a plus
  • Familiarity with common computer operations and software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Effective networking, planning and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to travel a lot
  • Must be able to take calls 24/7

Technical support engineer

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Technical Product Support Specialist will provide technical support and training to Tolteq customers, perform field testing of MWD/LWD systems tools, and field sales demonstrations. He/She will work closely with various Departments to improve the level of service offered by the Product Support Team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide technical support to customers including:
  • Rotation schedule of 24/7 product support
  • Tool Tracker data analysis
  • Write failure analysis reports for delivery to customers
  • Write Tolteq Knowledgebase (TKB) articles
  • Perform MWD/LWD Systemlevel testing:
  • Coordinate and/or participate infield tests (travel up to 40%)
  • Develop and execute in house tests
  • Write test reports
  • Document the End User experience and feedback to organization
  • Assist in the development of customer related documentation:
  • Be a subject matter expertise resource to documentation developers
  • Review training materials
  • Conduct customer training sessions using prepared curriculum
  • Work with engineering to test and document the customer experience on new releases and updates

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years MWD/LWD or shopexperience required
  • Service attitude

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
